Description Yasuhiko Kamata 2007-02-17 01:50:12 UTC
To reproduce:

This procedure requires two or more ethernet cards.
In YaST2 -> "Network configuration",

1. Select #1 ethernet card and configure addresses, host name and gateway.
2. Select #2 ethernet card and set it "None Address Setup".
3. Default gateway address disappears at this time, so that "Test internet connection" will fail.

To avoid this problem,
4. Select #1 ethernet card and configure "default gateway" again.

I think that this problem was caused by "None Address Setup".

This bug will be fixed with new UI design (split "global network" and "device" settings )

I've just checked that in version 10.3-Alpha2.
Surely I can set the default gateway in splitted tab (Network Setting Dialog).
Thanks.
