Description Marco Pallotta 2007-02-28 08:58:46 UTC
If I have 3 install sources (2 http sources in inactive state and 1 .iso source in active state), plug-in the rj45 cable (network up) and then I refresh zen-updater (with right button of mouse on the applet), this last disappear from task bar and then an error window appears (unfortunately I haven't done a screen shot).
Then zen-updater crashes.
After relaunching it I see that it put the 3 install sources in active state (and this is ok as network connection became active).

Zenworks is no more part of OpenSuSE.....

From the logs.... the only issue is of network disconnection and reconnection.
For SLE10 SP1 the network manager module of ZMD is much better and handles the network disconnection and reconnection, network and dbus service restarts in a much better way. Apart from this issue if there was some other issue with zen-updater, please provide some more details.

For the time being marking the bug as resolved considering nothing of this sort has been reported since SLE10 SP1 is released. Re-open the bug if you can still find the issue in SLE10 SP1 and provide more details regarding the bug.
