My patch for kdebase3 is marked as broken. I think the correct way to fix it would be to reinstall it, but it is actually not possible in any UI we have. I mark the patch for installation, but the the patch finally is not installed, I think because zypp (?) realizes the patch is already there.

Maybe the correct solution is to add a new option in our UIs to "force reinstallation".
