Using the ncurses interface, while installing a minimal system in next mode, in the Network Configuration dialog, select the drop and down "Change" feature, and then select IPV6.. it does nothing ;) however clicking into the "disable IPV6" "link" that belongs to the option description works.

Please be patient, we're currently breaking network configuration in yast quite a lot in order to improve UI :-) (and to keep or even enhance the functionality)
Thanks for any bug report, it really needs a lot of testing :-)

The same held true for NetworkManager proposal and it was not text-mode specific :-)
However, I've joined ipv6 and NM proposals into one (called 'General network settings'). After clicking on the title, a new dialog is open.
