When investigating Bug 256363, it was suggested to install kdelibs3-debuginfo (comment #5) but this triggered a yast update error (comment #6):

Although Yast message is unclear and cryptic, my inference is that kdelibs3-debuginfo-3.5.5-45.2 is needed but is missing from the repository update tree.

I submit to reopen this bug, because:

The other bug report is about the general problem of having no debuginfo packages for updated packages, it's not kdelibs specific.
