Description Axel Braun 2007-04-25 14:30:42 UTC
I installed 10.2 on a machine previous running 10.0.
In packat installation I deselected Zenworks and Apparmor. After installation of all packages, but before (probably) writing GRUB information, the system crashed with an exception message. On the following boot, no operating system was found.
I repeated the installation without changing the preselected packages, and it went smooth.
So, even if zen is not needed one might need to install it, otherwise it crashes after 2 hours of copying files....

We are not going to fix this for 10.2. For 10.3, the Zenworks stack is not part of openSUSE.
