That does not look like a window from YaST2 to me. Please try to expand it; maybe it contains some more information that is just invisible in that small default window size.

Please also try "xprop" and "xwininfo" on that window and paste the output here; maybe that gives some more details.

I do this:

1. Open YaST main window KDE Launch/System/YaST
2. Launch a module, for ex. Installation Source
3. Exit the module
4. Small [ok] window
