Description Frank Ruell 2007-05-18 16:59:46 UTC
When trying to do a new installation of 10.3 alpha4 and set up /home as enrypted device, it fails and I get a cryptic error message saying:

"Failure occured during following action:
Setting up encrypted dm device on /dev/sda7

System error code was: -3033".

I forgot to mention that I tried to use ext3 on the encrypted partition.

I now installed without creating an encrypted partition for /home. After the installation was finished, I created the crypt-partition in Yast's Partitioner, which worked fine.

The kernel modules cbc and blkcipher are missing in the
installation system, see bug #261847.

PS: It should work later in the installed system.
