The logfile should be owned by the package NetworkManager as the scripts of this package
creates it.

Using something like
%ghost %config(noreplace) /var/log/NetworkManager
in the %files list should aviod verify-errors from RPM or security scanners.

Tambet, you can add this change with NM 0.7 submission.
