The logfile should be owned by the package zypper as the scripts of this package
creates it.

Using something like
%ghost %config(noreplace) /var/log/YaST2/zypper.log
in the %files list should aviod verify-errors from RPM or security scanners.

I moved zypper log to /var/log and added the ghost. package submitted to stable.
