KNetworkManager-vpnc should not have to install all of the GNOME dependencies to get the VPN portion of KNetworkManager working.  All of those feature do not depend on Gnome any longer.  Please address this issue.

The new approach using native KDE frontends for VPN connections is integrated in 10.3. As it does cause a lot of changes to different packages we will not make an update for 10.2.
