Hello.
I have installed KDE one CD installation medium, alpha 5.
As you can see on snapshots, settings for GTK Styles and Fonts is missing in kcontrol.Setting for fonts is missing in gnome-control-center too.So that, for gnome applications which i use, i can´t change fonts.
openSUSE 10.2 has these settings.

kcm_gtk was readded for Alpha 6.
