Make sure you have xfsprog installed and try again. Let us know how you go. I installed cfsprogs and the error is gone. However.... this is still an error since xfsprogs was automatically installed on 10.1. The 10.3 a7 was installed on a new partition formatted for xfs during the install of 10.3. So.. should not xfsprogs have been installed automatically as it did in 10.1? I found this looks related to bug 271912 Michal, please specify the information you need.
