Description Federico Mena Quintero 2007-08-07 18:06:10 UTC
In the YaST installation screen where it downloads the information for external repositories, there is a progress bar which gets updated only when the complete info for each repository has been downloaded.

I selected three repositories: Factory GNOME, Factory OSS, and Factory debug. They are quite large and take a long time to download (several minutes). So, I'm stuck staring at a progress bar that says "0%", "33%" or "66%", without intermediate updates.

The progress bar should reflect the amount of data downloaded so far, instead of the number of files downloaded.

Package callback strike back again. Lado, I have an impression that this is a duplicate, but I can't find the respective bug.
