its the yast2-gtk package selector I think (Michael Meeks) Holger - the new UI was designed by our UI team. It is intended to be less confusing than the previous, rather complicated (or powerful depending on your taste) version. Downgrading priority, unless you can provide some more constructive input on what you want to achieve & how. Also, re-assigning to the UI chappy. Jakub :-) one for you. I'm puzzled by the fact that it looks in a total other way than with yast-qt. Personally (but of course that does not count here) I think it is less well arranged and missing clear view by hiding information behind arrows) The design is based on the spec below. I'm not aware of any usability testing done of the design though.
