I tested it with Gnome/Nautilus of Beta 1 There was a problem with not activated (in the init process) and running ConsoleKit which caused problems. But there is also a problem with Nautilus. If you remove/readd the DVD nautilus eat you CPU. Holger can tell more, I reassign the bug to the GNOME ppl. Federico, I can duplicate this error after burning a CD. Finding a unique name for a mount seems to loop endlessly. Probably a patch HPJ has for SLED 10 already. I'll put in the small change from bug #276193 - there was a case where we accessed freed memory when re-populating list of drives. Created attachment 158012 [details] nautilus-drives-and-volumes-on-desktop.diff Submitted to autobuild. * Thu Aug 16 2007 - federico@novell.com - Updated nautilus-drives-and-volumes-on-desktop.diff to fix https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=298802 - after burning a CD and re-mounting the CD, Nautilus uses 100% CPU. This simply includes the last patch from https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=276193#c42 Submitted. |
