Description Hubert Figuiere 2007-08-09 14:50:47 UTC
I was installing 10.3 Alpha 7 on top of my SLED. I have my disk partitionned as /, swap and /home
The installer did detect this settings.
But by default it wanted to reformat /home.

That's not a good idea.

Please attach your yast logs (http://en.opensuse.org/Bugs/YaST) and output of 'fdisk -l'.

the YaST2 log.

by reading it, I actually realize that it even did more by merging / and /var.
