Yes, sorry i forgot to mention.

You can delete /var/cache/zypp/zypp.db. After that you can use zypper refresh to rebuild the cache db. Or just start YaST package manager, that should build the new cache db just as well. If the problem occurs despite removing the zypp.db file, let us know.
