When upgrading from (almost stock) openSUSE 10.2 to 10.3, the installer requires manual intervention for package selection due to conflicts.

You have the conflicts - why do you need the y2logs then?

Stefan, are you able to find out whether the problem is in dependencies only (and suggest fixes), or in the solver, even without the logs?

Logfiles are not needed.
