Description Forgotten User CxVz4LpaB5 2007-08-18 13:39:08 UTC
My opensuse 10.3 is a fresh install. I have tried to add some http repositories in Yast to manage compiz fusion and other things. First, it seems that adding existing repositories cause now an error and then could not be used at all.
But now, even if I disable those recently added repo, I have this error :

'There was an error in the repository initialization - cache exception'

I don't know what it means at all and what I am supposed to do with this.

Maybe a more descriptive text could be added to let the user know why he is having this error and, better and if it is possible, a button that could 'fix' the issue if it can be fixed by a a script or something.

Right now, I really do not know what to do. I still can install stuff using Yast but I will really appreciate to know more about this error and fix it.

I will post the yast log if you need it.
thanks.
