Bug 301847

Pretty easy to describe, I now had already two cases where either I sent a message via kopete using GW IM and it never aappeared in the kopete of the recipent or I never saw a message sent to me from somebody else.

In both cases me and the recipent used Groupwise Instant Messaging with kopete on both ends, in the last case it was confirmed that both paries also had 10.2 installed.

I don't know if there are logs or anything to be found somewhere, please let me know what i can attach to the report in order to make it easier to find the reason for that, the severity of the bug has been choosen due to the loss of data which substanciates the high severity (Actually in one case really important information was lost and only due to a later check via mail the loss was discovered). 

The two cases happend within 7 days, so its most likely the issue is not isolated and rare.
