Description Klaus Kämpf 2007-08-23 12:13:38 UTC
When upgrading 10.2 -> 10.3Beta2, I get the following conflicts:

Can't satisfy requirement kernel(default:vmlinux) == 9f092688ebb50b27 for ati-fglrx-kmp-default-8.33.6_2.6.18.2_34-1.1.i586

and

Can't satisfy requirement kernel(xen:drivers_usb_core) == 8f25719bb1355a25 for wlan-kmp-xen-1_2.6.18.2_34.1-1.1.i586

however, both package are to-be-replaced anyways:

        ati-fglrx-kmp-default-8.33.6_2.6.18.2_34-1.1.i586 replaced by ati-fglrxG01-kmp-default-8.40.4_2.6.22.3_4-2.i586[openSuSE-full-i386 10.3]

and

        wlan-kmp-xen-1_2.6.18.2_34.1-1.1.i586 replaced by iwlwifi-kmp-xen-0.1.8_2.6.22.3_4-2.i586[openSuSE-full-i386 10.3]

So why does the solver complain about dependency breakage when the package is replaced anyways ?
Comment 1 Stefan Schubert 2007-08-23 12:32:26 UTC
Do you have a testcase ?
Comment 2 Klaus Kämpf 2007-08-23 12:57:58 UTC
No.
its probably due to an old libzypp, I used the 'full' tree of autobuild which is almost a week old :-(

Sorry for the noise.
Comment 3 Stefan Schubert 2007-08-24 10:00:51 UTC
It was not noise.
