Some typos I discovered while testing opensuse-updater-gnome:

"Update successfull!" - there is one 'l' too much within successful

"You're not able to stop this process in order to ensure the integrety of your system". s/integrety/integrity/

And the context menu entry "Add or Remove Update Sources" is missing trailing ellipsis.
