Scroll with the mouse in Kopete not work, althougt it was activated in the configuration of this program.

Do you mean the "scroll with the mouse instead of scrollbars" configuration?  

It scrolls for me but the scrollbar is not hidden.  This might be related to the removed soft-scroll code, which was broken.

The option is now removed as the feature is not there anymore due to soft-scroll fix.
