djvulibre contains the file
/usr/share/applications/djvulibre-djview3.desktop

which is meant to start djview3.
djview3 binary is not in the djvulibre package, thus the .destop gives a non-working entry in the menu.

I suggest moving the .desktop to the djvulibre-djview3 subpackage.

This is due to split off of djview3 to separate package. I'll move the desktop file to that package.
