Description Michal Zugec 2007-09-05 07:44:02 UTC
From YaST2 sw_single I can see some packages available in new versions.
But "zypper lu type=package" doesn't shown any of them:

zypper lu type=package
* Reading repository 'Packman' cache
* Reading repository 'sqliteman' cache
* Reading repository 'FACTORY - Main Repository (NON-OSS)' cache
* Reading repository 'arcade-games' cache
* Reading repository 'Factory (OSS)' cache
* Reading repository 'openSUSE-tools' cache
* Reading installed packages [100%]

No updates found.

Comment 3 Jan Kupec 2007-09-05 07:57:26 UTC
This is a bug in wrong syntax reporting (zypper lu --type package is the right syntax). Thanx for reporting! Fixing...
Comment 4 Jan Kupec 2007-09-10 13:31:43 UTC
Fixed in svn like this:

$ zypper lu type=package
Too many arguments.
Usage:
list-updates [options]
<the rest of zypper lu --help output follows>
