In the network proposal as well as in the screen to edit interfaces yast displayed my two network cards as "Hewlett-Packard Company BCM4401 100Base-T" although one of them should be "Intel MIM2000/Centrino". After pressing delete on the wrongly displayed one the name changed to the correct one.
