while changing (as normal user) my system-date to the future i was requested for root-password. i gave a false password (to short) and is was accepted by the system.

What command(s) did you use?

Is a NTP daemon (xntpd) running?

Can you reproduce this bug?

How long is your root password and how long/short was the password you entered?
