Description Michael Meeks 2007-09-12 12:08:11 UTC
I had a working SLED10-SP1 setup, in parallel with a working OpenSUSE10.3B2 setup.
I did a new installation of B3 - and afterwards got only 3 options in my toplevel grub menu:

SL10.3
SL10.3 failsafe
/dev/sda2

Booting from /dev/sda2 - my SLED10-SP1 partition threw me immediately into a text screen:

GNU GRUB version 0.97 ...

[ Minimal BASE-like line editing is supported ... ]

which appears pretty unusable - at least 'reboot' was the only useful command I could find ;-)
