Description Forgotten User --EoyBps8f 2007-09-22 17:33:49 UTC
Icons used in kickoff should be consistent with the current/future KDE-icons and not with Gnome or any other icon-theme; for example the "Install Software" item.
Comment 1 Dirk Mueller 2007-09-24 09:21:49 UTC
the icon is from yast2-packagemanager, and we don't have a crystal version available.

Comment 2 Dirk Mueller 2007-09-28 14:07:08 UTC
-> maintainer yast2-packagemanager

How about using this icon (taken from Oxygen) for "Install Software" under KDE?
Comment 4 Michael Andres 2007-09-28 15:12:26 UTC
Martin, you introduced the icon - Take it or leave it.
Comment 5 Forgotten User --EoyBps8f 2007-09-29 09:25:37 UTC
If the equivalent to the tango-icon is not available or if there is the need for a better one, since a world and two arrows do not really relate to software, one might file it here: http://techbase.kde.org/Projects/Oxygen/Missing_Icons and get a proper icon for "software".
Comment 6 Martin Vidner 2008-04-28 12:12:59 UTC
It seems Michael fixed it on Nov 9 while I was not looking:

Thanks!
