I try to execute community repos manager without success. It displays only:
"unable to download list of repositories (1) or no repositories defined (2)"

I added numbers.
(2) this is surreal -- I cannot add any repo because manager says I didn't add anything, so such message is pure nonsense (better remove it)
(1) yes, because there is no network

Lukas, the module should display a warning if there is no network connection.

Yes, online repositories should inform user when no network connection is available... 11.0, LATER
