When I try this with gedit, I get the messages to stderr, not via xmessage. Which app(s) are using xmessage? I suddenly cannot get this bug to happen again. I have found it really only seems to have appeared in the past was in the control panel I believe. Let's assume this is a duplicate of the known problem involving YaST, then, though that was supposed to have been fixed prior to RC3. YaST is exposed through the control center. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 265263 *** |
