should be updated as soon as possible

Online update for yast translations is scheduled for later this month.  coolo, do you want me to do the zh_TW update earlier?  I do not know how serious this issue actually is.

No, pick it up with the other translations. swyear chen, feel free to add to the most annoying bugs of 10.3 till the yast translations are online.
