Eclipse crashes from time to time when switching open files through the editor tabs. The version shipped with openSUSE 10.3 shows the same behaviour then a fresh installation from the Eclipse.org. This seems to be related to the new tooltip implementation in libgtk2, see attachement for details.

There is no attachment, but we released a fix for bug 326059 which is probably the same thing.  Please re-open if this updated didn't solve the problem for you.
