Description Thiago Sayao 2007-10-15 22:22:32 UTC
To reproduce:

1) Right click the clock on the gnome panel
2) Select Adjust Date & Time
3) Enter the root password
4) Click "Change..." to change the date and time
5) Yast starts refreshing the repositories. Why? I don't want to install anything. I just want to change the time for the summer time. Having to wait for the entire refresh process is very annoying.

Thanks.
