The first configuration pate page is boot config with 'isolinux.cfg' written on top. There is no isolinux on PPC, so this dialog does not make any sense there.

Tested on PPC using openSUSE 10.3 final FTP version.

Fixed in yast2-product-creator-2.16.5 (STABLE)
