I select "include additional updates" in Gnome Update applet. 
In the same way, i select optional patches and 3rd party updates in applet Preferences.
Applet show me 155 updates(refer to screen shot)
I click "Details", and see nothing in Yast (refer to screen shot).
Accordingly i can not choose and install updates.
