Turn off computer cause system halt but not power off on HP Compaq 6715s (AMD Turion 64 X2 mobile, openSuse 10.3, 32 bit). Last system message is "System will be halted immediately" and nothing more happens. The problem is the issue of the last kernel update (kernel-default-2.6.22.9-0.4 -> kernel-default-2.6.22.12-0.1). Downgrading kernel back to 2.6.22.9-0.4 resolve the problem.

The behavior has not changed in the updated version 2.6.22.13-0.3.
