Add to zypper the capability to install a package from an url or an existing rpm file as smart does, without the needed of adding a repository.
All required dependencies should be resolved using the existing repositories.

ie:

zypper in http://someurl/somefile.rpm
zypper in /somepath/somefile.rpm
