There is a useful repository available through the openSUSE build service that I think should be added to the YaST 'Community Repositories' list of repos:

http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/KDE3/openSUSE_10.3

Since the 'GNOME:STABLE' repo is (already) listed, I feel, for the sake of consistency, that this repo should be listed too.  Both repos contain packages to upgrade their respective desktop environments.
