I did an installation of all packages, however starting zast2->Network Services->iSCSI Initiator, I am prompted to install open-iscsi. I would expect it to be already installed.

Are you sure package open-iscsci was installed before running yast?

Sorry, there is no menu item that lets you chose "install all packages" during the installation. I did something similar, but those were not all packages. Thanks for the reply!
