Bad English in YaST2 -> Software management.
When I hover over the square click box to the left of the RPM a popup
comes up that says: "Do Not Install".   I believe SUSE meant
"Not Currently Installed" or "Not Installed" or something to that effect.
Do Not Install gives the wrong message.

I guess this is about the qt flavor.  Probably not a translation issue.

No, we mean "Do not install". This also implies that this package is not installed, of course. But those states are actions, i.e. they reflect what will happen to that package / pattern / patch. That's why the others are named "Keep", "Update", etc.
