Does booting with apm=power-off help? NO! The system fails on normal shut down as above. Additional problems arise with apm=power-off when Suspend to Disk is utilised. When Suspend to Disk is utilised the system is shrunk and splash screen is displayed, BUT system will NOT turn off at the end of this procedure. Suspend to RAM is removed from options for obvious reasons with apm=power-off - Sorry not a Power Save Bug. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 331747 *** |
