First part of installation was localised. Second part of installation after reboot is in English again. Logs are taken a while after (when I mentioned it).

maybe this is duplicate bug #354133

Yes it seems that it could be a duplicate of #354133, no translation package was installed. If it still happens in Alpha2 then reopen the bug.
