I get this error execution zypper in <package>

Given URL is invalid.
Url scheme is a required component
Problem downloading the specified RPM file.

Please check whether the file is accessible.

Available repository is only the GNOME CD.

Seems fixed in Alpha 2, although, see related https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=360412

This happened only with 3-letter package names, can you confirm? This has really been fixed, marking as duplicate, please reopen if not. As for the other bug, i'll have a look at it.
