Since 11.0 Alpha 0 kernel hangs for ~4mins on boot rigth after it outputs:
input: SynPS/2 Synaptics TouchPad as /devices/platform/i8042/serio1/input/input2

and more ~1min after it outputs:
ata1.00: configured for UDMA/33

Currently am running Factory [31-01-08] (zypper dup)

could you please try booting with clock=pit and report, if this helps ?

Yes, worked great though I think this shouldn't be the way to fix it, even because users won't know how to 'bypass' it too.
