Hi:
I try to upgrade my system with smart and find this error from factory
and factory-non-oss:

My fault, sorry. The repomd.xml contains the gpg key and NOT the normal repomd-data. 

Fixing things after midnight is something I shouldn't do again... :-(

FYI: running createrepo for all Factory trees now. Should be synced again tomorrow.
