Description Lukas Ocilka 2008-02-06 13:47:22 UTC
As I see, Time Zone combo-box has items sorted by the translation (which is a correct behavior).

Anyway, Region is somehow sorted too but a normal user can't find out the sorting pattern :) Maybe it makes sense when you know the pattern but if you have to select a region manually, you have to run through all of them.

* Europe
* USA
* Canada
* Argentina
* Central and South America
* Russia
* Asia
* Australia
* Africa
* Pacific
* Atlantic
* Indian Ocean
* Global
* Etc

There is no obvious sense in it. Maybe prefixing could help:

* Continent: Europe
* Continent: North America
* Continent: South America

Just thinking ...
The current solution is not easy to use as we have 14 items there.

Stano: Don't we have any FATE for this?

Looks like a bug, I do not see a sense in it.
