When adding a printer, the dialog boxes are gray out for both vendors and printer types.  Clicking in the dialog box for vendors will show you the vendor under the mouse pointer.  Moving to the printer type, you will have to click to find a printer type that you need.  As you move down the dialog box(s), the previous vendor/printer shown disappears when you click on another vendor/printer.

Requested screen shot of the printer menu.  It looks like todays factory updates may have fixed this problem.

This seems to be duplicate of already fixed bug (YaST agents to access system)
