It is not possible to start the boot load module via YaST control center.
Message:
YaST got signal 11 at YCP file wizard.ycp:273
/sbin/yast2: line439: 16541 Segmentation fault

I think this has something to do with the switch to the new qt4-layout.

Do you need y2log?

I will try it again with Alpha3 on Wednesday as I already shut down my testing machine and won't be in the office on Monday or Tuesday.

3 yast2-bootloader segfaults within 15 minutes, and it's a UI problem?

I don't believe this.
